Friday the 13th only comes once this year, so we’re celebrating with the premiere of the 13th episode of Sonic Seedpod, the live music podcast series I produce with my brethren of the VOYD collective, featuring artists and stories from the underground Wisconsin music scene.
This episode features performances by DROOGZ, a rap/dark trap artist from Wausau who brings influences from his time in the Wisconsin metal scene to some very dark, raw music that’s filled with pain, violence, and inner demons.
My fellow VOYD collective member KLA also comes out from behind the camera for a special performance of his song Symphony of Blood that Droogz guests on.
Be sure to stick around for the Questions of Doom after the performance if you’ve ever wondered how many racoons fit in a human rectum.
Watch here: Sonic Seedpod feat. Droogz
NOTE: This will be the last Sonic Seedpod for a few months as we’re taking the summer to shoot some new stuff. Not to mention we’ll be hitting Summerfest soon to do more of what we did last year.
Thanks for watching! Please subscribe to the VOYD channel and share it with others if you’re into supporting hardworking Wisconsin artists! Sonic Seedpod is filmed in our basement dungeon studio at West Bend Music Academy in downtown West Bend, WI.
