About
The Hill Has Eyes is one of Wisconsin’s largest outdoor haunted attractions, turning roughly 45 acres at Ballpark Commons in Franklin into an all-out horror experience. Unlike a conventional indoor haunted house, this is a 100% outdoor haunt built through wooded terrain, with four attractions experienced in sequence: Failed Escape, Hunger Hollow, CARNIvore, and Dead End. The entire route takes about an hour, moving guests from a mutant-infested trailer park and toxic landfill into a demonic carnival and a disturbing medical-themed finale.
The attraction leans heavily into its sprawling outdoor environment and connected horror storyline, making the woods and terrain part of the experience rather than simply a backdrop. The Hill Has Eyes also operates as a full Halloween-night hangout, with music, bonfires, food and drinks available around the haunt. It is located at 7005 S. Ballpark Drive in Franklin, near 76th Street and Rawson Avenue, with free on-site parking. Because the trails are outdoors, the attraction recommends sturdy shoes or boots and warm clothing when needed, and it operates in rain and thunderstorms. For families, its separate Not So Scary Halloween Party offers guided versions of the attractions with trick-or-treating.
